What is the difference between private, corporate and organizer selling tickets?
Private sellers agree and pay for the purchase directly with the buyer. Corporate and organizers are guaranteed by Tixnet and you pay online via Tixnet.

How can I be sure to receive my tickets?
All corporate and organizers have been screened by Tixnet and are reputable and reliable ticket sellers. All their transactions are guaranteed by Tixnet. Tixnet is not responsible for private agreements.

When will I receive tickets bought?
For corporate and organizers tickets will normally be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. In some cases different delivery times may apply. You might find more information regarding delivery in you order confirmation. Please check before you contact Tixnet by filling out the Contact form.

How can I sell my tickets on Tixnet?
Private users can place an ad on Tixnet for FREE. Ticket brokers, travel agents and event organizers can apply for a corporate account where they can upload and sell tickets online. Apply for account

Will Tixnet keep information I provide confidential?
It is up to the seller to give his identity or details. Tixnet will keep all seller information confidential.

Can ticket sellers reject an order?
Unfortunately professional ticket sellers might reject an order in rare cases. This is because they post their tickets on several marketplaces and the tickets might already be sold somewhere else. A ticketseller can not reject an order later than 48 hours after the order was placed.

Why is my ad or my tickets not showing on Tixnet?
There are several reasons why your ad or tickets might not show on Tixnet;
  • The event might be canceled or the organizer is considering cancelling the event and therefore the event is suspended for the time being.
  • The event connected to your ad or tickets has not been approved and added to our online database.
  • The ad might have been flagged several times and is under review by Tixnet.
  • The event might have been flagged several times due to some error and is under review by Tixnet.

When will I receive money for tickets sold?
Corporate and Organizers will receive money according to the agreement with Tixnet. Only payment for processed orders will be transferred. Tixnet is not responsible for private transactions.

What is OpTixation ™?
OpTixation ™ is an optimization tool developed by Tixnet in order to maximize sales and revenue of your listed tickets.


Questions regarding refunds, cancellations and complaints.

If the event is canceled, what is the refund policy?
Tixnet will refund 100 % of your payment. The refund will be done within 4 weeks after a confirmed cancellation of the event.

If the event is postponed, will I get a refund?
No, the tickets will be valid for the new date, unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. All buyers will be notified by email.

I can not use my tickets – can I get a refund?
No, there is no refund policy for this, however you can always resell your tickets on Tixnet.

I have not received the tickets ordered or received incorrect tickets, what can I do?
You can contact Tixnet by filling out the Contact form. We will forward the request to the seller immediately. If you do not get a satisfactory response you can fill out a Complaint form.
